Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on September 1, 2026, at 9 a.m. EDT, in the Council Chambers, located at 1111 Broad Street, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of four (4) substandard buildings or structures located at the following locations:

- 823 1/2 13th Court, Phenix City, Alabama: Resolution No. 2026-238
- 800 16th Street, Phenix City, Alabama: Resolution No. 2026-239
- 604 Dillingham Street, Phenix City, Alabama: Resolution No. 2026-240
- 518 11th Avenue South, Phenix City, Alabama: Resolution No. 2026-241
Any person, firm, or corporation having any interest in one of the above described properties should appear before City Council at the aforementioned time and place if they have nay objections as to why the fixing of costs for the removal of the substandard buildings or structures should not be assessed as a lien against the property taxes upon which the substandard building or structure was located.
