Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 15th day of September, 2026, at 6 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Phenix City Youth Center at 1601 5th Street South, Phenix City, Alabama to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 7th day of January, 2025, be amended so that the following tract of land be located in a C-4 Zone (Highway Commercial District) instead of a R-3 Zone (High Density Residential District), property is 52+/- acres located at US Highway 280 East, 5B, LLC., owner.
