A contractor working for Phenix City Utilities will be closing both lanes of 27th Avenue between 17th Street and 28th Avenue. The road will be closed effective immediately and is expected to last until the project is completed. Dates and times are subject to change due to weather. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Traffic control will be in effect routing traffic around the closure. Thank you for your cooperation.
