Alabama Power will begin powerline work along Stadium Drive between 22nd Avenue and Summertree Apartments. The road will be closed Thursday April 30th and is expected to last until Friday May 1st or until the project is finished. A detour will be in effect routing traffic around the work. Dates and times are subject to change due to weather. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly.
