A section of 2nd Avenue between North Railroad Street and 19th Street will be closed effective immediately for Utility work and will remain closed until the project is complete. Detour traffic control signage will be in place during the closure. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
