Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 5th day of August, 2025, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, at the City Council Chambers, Public Safety Building located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 17th day of September, 2002, so that the following tract of land be located in a C-4 Zone (Highway Commercial District), property consist of 0.431+/- acres more or less and is located on US Highway 280/431, between Phenix Drive and Pierce Road, BC Stone Homes, LLC., (Bryan Stone) owner.
At said meeting all persons desiring to be heard concerning the zoning of the above-described property may appear before the Council at the aforementioned time and place to be heard.
