City of Phenix City administrative offices, including Utilities, will open at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, January 23, 2025 due to unfavorable road conditions caused by the recent winter weather.

Public Safety officials will continue to monitor local conditions and provide updates as necessary.
