Solid Waste Management Plan
The City of Phenix City has updated its ten year Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP), as required by Alabama law (Code of Alabama Section 22-27-47). The SWMP includes the summary and estimation of solid waste generation, collection, disposal and recycling in Phenix City.
