Special Called Meeting: Downtown Redevelopment Authority

Notice is hereby given that the Phenix City Downtown Redevelopment Authority will hold a special called meeting at 3 p.m., Eastern Time, Thursday, October 1, 2026, inside the Council Chambers, located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama. The purpose of the meeting is that the Downtown Redevelopment Authority shall deliberate on the release of a special covenant contained in the deed to the Troy University Riverfront Campus in Phenix City.
