Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 1st day of September, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, at the City Council Chambers located in the Public Safety Building at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama, to consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 7th day of January, 2025 so that a tract of land be located in an R-2 Zone (Medium Density Residential District), property consists of 0.12+/- acres more or less and is located at 2060 Lee Road 427 (Pierce Road) and 5302 Wilma Avenue, James Hall, owner.
At said meeting all persons desiring to be heard concerning the zoning of the above-described property may appear before the Council at the aforementioned time and place to be heard.
