The City of Phenix City is currently experiencing an unexpected system outage resulting from a Munis ERP software upgrade failure. As a result, our computer systems and related online services are temporarily unavailable.

Tyler Technologies, the software vendor, is actively working to resolve the issue. Until the system is restored, the Utilities lobby will remain temporarily closed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore services as quickly as possible. We look forward to assisting you again soon.
