A contractor working for the Phenix City Public Works Department will be working on a section 4th Avenue between 29th Street and 30th Street. The closure is to begin Sunday September 27th between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Dates and times are subject to change. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly.
