Public Hearings for Fixing of Costs on September 5, 2018
The City Council of the City of Phenix City has been informed by the Building Official that the following substandard structures were in need of demolition or removal:
Resolution No. 2018-206: 1006 11th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama
Resolution No. 2018-207: 1706 20th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama
Resolution No. 2018-208: 1008 4th Place South, Phenix City, Alabama
Resolution No. 2018-209: 921 20th Street, Phenix City, Alabama
Resolution No. 2018-210: 805 6th Street South, Phenix City, Alabama
The date for fixing of costs before the City Council shall be September 5, 2018, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, in the Council Chambers, 1111 Broad Street, Phenix CIty, Alabama. At the aforementioned time and place, any person, firm, or corporation having any interest in the above described properties should appear before Council with their objections as to why the fixing of costs for the removal of the substandard building or structure should not be assessed as a lien against the property taxes upon which the building or structure was located.
