Public Hearing: Rezone of 3.07+/- Acres on the intersection of 1st Place and 16th Avenue

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 18th day of March, 2025, at 6 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Martin Idle Hour Park Community Center located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 17th day of September, 2002, be amended so that the following tract of land be located in a R-1 Zone (Low Density Residential District) instead of a C-4 Zone (Highway Commercial District), property is 3.07+/- acres located at the intersection of 1st Place and 16th Avenue, Phenix Girard Bank, owner.
