Public Hearing: 1309 8th Street

The City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will conduct an Administrative Hearing on the removal of an unsafe structure located at 1309 8th Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
Said hearing is set for 10 a.m., Eastern Time, Tuesday, October 16, 2018, immediately following the regularly scheduled council meeting of that date, in the Council Chambers within the Public Safety Building located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
Said meeting shall be open to the public. All persons desiring to be heard regarding the abatement of this matter should appear before Council at the above mentioned time and place.
