The City of Phenix City is seeking bids for PHENIX CITY NORTH RIVERWALK REPAIRS

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: THE PHENIX CITY NORTH RIVERWALK REPAIRS

Bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time at:

Bids will be opened at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid (but in no event more than $10,000.00). Bids must be submitted on proposal forms as indicated in specifications. A certified check or money order will be accepted as the Bid Bond.

Proposals may be withdrawn by bidder prior to the time set for bid opening. After bids have been opened, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
