The City of Phenix City is seeking bids for BID # E26-01 Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Roadway, Drainage and City Facility and Property Improvements
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: E26-01 Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Roadway, Drainage and City Facility and Property Improvements
Bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time at:

Bids will be opened in the City Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.
A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check must be submitted with all bids. Failure to furnish cashier’s check or bid bond will cause bid to be rejected.
