The Phenix City Utilities Department is performing emergency utility repairs on a section of South Railroad Street between 17th Avenue and 14th Court. The road will be closed effective immediately and is expected to last until the project is finished. A detour will be in effect routing traffic around the work. Dates and times are subject to change due to weather. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
