A contractor working for the City Utilities Department will begin utility work on 4th Avenue between North Railroad Street and 19th Street. The entire length of the road will be closed and a detour will be in effect routing traffic around the work. The road will be closed beginning Wednesday October 1st and is expected to last until the project is finished. Dates and times are subject to change due to weather. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
