Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at the corner of Seale Road and 5th Street South. The purpose of the gathering is to dedicate a portion of 5th Street South as Arthur L. Sumbry, Sr. Memorial Parkway in honor of Arthur L. Sumbry, Sr.
