DESCRIPTION:Notice for Bids\nBid #DEMO21-01 | Demolition of Structures\nThe City of Phenix City\, Alabama will accept individual bids (without dumping fees) by licensed Phenix City contractors to demolish the TEN (10) structures located as follows: \n\n805 16th Street\, Phenix City\, AL\n2107 12th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n1205 16th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n1013 15th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n119 14th Court\, Phenix City\, AL\n\n\n1001 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1004 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1908 10th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n1911 10th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n1004 2nd Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n\nIf your bid is greater than $10\,000.00\, a 5% bond or cashier’s check must accompany your bid. Any bid exceeding $10\,000.00 which does not have either a cashier’s check or bond at bid opening shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. There will be no partial payments.
