DESCRIPTION:Notice for Bids\nDEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES 2017-1\nThe City of Phenix City\, Alabama will accept individual bids (without dumping fees) by licensed Phenix City contractors to demolish the SEVEN (7) structures located as follows: \n\n1908 4th Avenue\, Phenix City\, AL\n1001 16th Street\, Phenix City\, AL\n1029 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1031 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1033 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1035 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n1037 4th Street South\, Phenix City\, AL\n\nIf your bid is greater than $10\,000.00\, a 5% bond or cashier’s check must accompany your bid. Any bid exceeding $10\,000.00 which does not have either a cashier’s check or bond at bid opening shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. If unsure about structure/lot location contact the Phenix City Building Department for verification. \nAll sewer lines must be capped before being covered. All utility connections must be disconnected and secured.
