DESCRIPTION:It’s almost time for Phenix City Parks and Recreation’s Annual Fishing Rodeo at Moon Lake! Our event will take place this year on June 8th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. This is a FREE EVENT but does require pre-registration. Registration begins Wednesday\, March 1st and will run until Tuesday\, June 7th. \nIn addition to 2000lbs of catfish to be caught\, we will also be giving away door prizes! \nPlease bring:\nFishing Gear\nRod/Reel\nString\nBait\nCooler \nA huge thanks to our sponsors\, Alabama 4H Club/Russell County Extension. \nOnly two adults can accompany each child. \nPre-registration is required. Please come to the Phenix City Parks and Recreation to register. Call 334-291-4719 for more information. This is an all ages event.
