DESCRIPTION:2017 Special Election\nNotice is hereby given that on the 14th day of November\, 2017\, a special election for the purpose of electing a councilmember for District 2 to the City Council of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama\, will be held and that all registered and qualified electors of the state\, who reside within the corporate limits of Phenix City\, Alabama\, and have resided therein for 30 days or more immediately preceding the date of the election\, and who are qualified to vote in the county precinct which embraces and covers that part of the corporate limits of said city in which the elector resides\, will be authorized to participate in the election. \nThe City of Phenix City has been divided into three (3) districts containing as nearly equal number of people as possible\, and the following polling boxes will be in said district; District Two shall consist of Box 2.
