DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama\, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama\, will meet on the 4th day of April 2023\, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time\, at the Martin Idle Hour Park Community Center located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive\, Phenix City\, Alabama\, to consider the adoption of Annexation and Zoning Fees. \nAt said meeting all persons desiring to be heard concerning these Zoning and Annexation fees to the Zoning Ordinance may appear before the Council at the aforementioned time and place to be heard. \nThe Public Notice and Ordinance was published in its entirety in the Citizen News on March 2\, 2023. A copy of the Ordinance itself can be viewed at the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday\, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.\, Eastern Time. \nView the official Public Notice and Ordinance.
