DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama\, will meet on October 19\, 2021\, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time\, at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center\, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive\, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of four (4) substandard buildings or structures located at the following locations: \n\n1908 10th Avenue\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2021-192\n1911 10th Avenue\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2021-193\n2107 12th Avenue\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2021-194\n805 16th Street\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2021-195\n\nAny person\, firm\, or corporation having any interest in one of the above described properties should appear before City Council at the aforementioned time and place if they have nay objections as to why the fixing of costs for the removal of the substandard buildings or structures should not be assessed as a lien against the property taxes upon which the substandard building or structure was located.
