Any bid exceeding $10\,000.00 which does not have either a cashier’s check or bond at bid opening shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. If unsure about structure/lot location contact the Phenix City Building Department for verification. \nAll sewer lines must be capped before being covered. All utility connections must be disconnected and secured. All debris and accumulation of materials resulting from demolition or any building shall be removed from the premises and disposed of properly.
