DESCRIPTION:The Elected Officials of Phenix City and Russell County will be gathering for a luncheon\, not to discuss business\, but to become better acquainted with one another. \nThe luncheon was the idea of Councilmember Arthur Day\, Mayor Pro-Tem of Phenix City.
