DESCRIPTION:The members of the Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama conduct regularly scheduled quarterly meetings on the Third Thursday of each quarter. Those meeting dates for the 2019 calendar year are as follows: January 17\, April 18\, July 18\, and October 17. \nEach meeting is set for 3 p.m.\, Eastern Time\, and shall be conducted in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Municipal Building\, located at 601 12th Street\, Phenix City\, Alabama. \nCalled meetings of the Downtown Redevelopment Authority may be set on an as-needed basis. Notice of any called meeting will be posted as required by Act 2005-40\, the Alabama Open Meetings Act. \nAll meetings shall be open to the public.
