DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that on Thursday\, August 23\, 2018\, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time\, the City Clerk and Russell County Election Custodian will conduct the testing of the voting machines for the August 28\, 2018 referendum election. The testing will be conducted at the EMA Building\, located at 808 8th Street\, Phenix City\, Alabama (located by Care Ambulance).
