DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City\, Alabama\, will meet on September 19\, 2017\, at 6 p.m. EDT\, at the 5th Street South Youth Center located at 1601 5th Street South\, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of three substandard buildings or structures located at the following locations: \n\n1007 17th Avenue\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2017-198\n605 7th Place\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2017-199\n301 21st Street\, Phenix City\, Alabama: Resolution No. 2017-200\n\nAny person\, firm\, or corporation having any interest in one of the above described properties should appear before City Council at the aforementioned time and place if they have nay objections as to why the fixing of costs for the removal of the substandard buildings or structures should not be assessed as a lien against the property taxes upon which the substandard building or structure was located.
